Question
Can a simple sleeve create a satisfying reveal while keeping the booklet easy to open, protected and practical to produce?
Build
One plain sleeve and two window variants; keep the inner booklet consistent.
Observe
Reveal alignment, hesitation, tears, snags, card flex, edge wear and unwanted contact with the paper stack.
Compare
Tooling, assembly time, unit cost and material waste when supplier information becomes available.
Record
Observations, user comments, issues, supplier quotes and revision decisions.
Next outputs
Confirmed dieline, bill of materials, print proof, agreed specifications and documented test record.
